Heel Turn - Ballroom Dancing - Leader and Follower
Heel turn is frequently present in foxtrot for the follower. To do well in the follower's heel turn, one must have good body weight concentration on the heel that executes the heel turn. The leader will have to position the lady's heel as the center of the turn, not pulling her away from it. When reaching to that center of the turn, the follower will let the leader to complete the turn, not trying to add or lessen the force of turning. There is a little trick in helping the follower to keep the closing foot nice and neat to the turning heel. Will anyone have interest in knowing?
